ABN R-MEKOs are the "work horses" among diaphragm compressors. With an operating pressure of 6 bar and a suction capacity of up to 1440 l/min they compare well with any piston compressor when it comes to the ratio of air capacity to compactness, mobility and weight. The R-MEKO consists of two V-MEKO compressor units and a central motor. It is mounted on a strong, rugged trolley – with or without a buffer tank – and has such a compact design that an estate car is usually big enough for transportation. This model has a suction capacity of up to 720 l/min. A model with two R-MEKO units is also available with a maximum suction capacity of 1440 l/min.

SPRAYING

A uniform pressure profile is essential to obtain uniform spraying results. MEKOs guarantee air of unchanging constancy.

COATING

For the uniform application of all coarsegrained plasters and similar materials we recommend the ABN funnel spray gun for unique results.

LACQUERING

Our MEKO series is characterized by the most constant air rates and unchanging pressure. Pressure drops are a thing of the past.

FLOCKING

The performance characteristics of the V-MEKO are perfectly tuned for applying textile plasters with a funnel spray gun.

PLASTERING

With their unique operational safety, reliability and high effective air rates, ABN MEKOs are ideal for the operation of plastering machines. They can be used as integrated or mobile machines.

BREATCHING AIR SUPPLY

In our range of special models we offer customized ABN MEKOs designed to supply breathing air in compliance with DIN 3188.

PNEUMATIC CONTROL

Sensitive control systems need air rates of reliable constancy. MEKOs meet these requirements without difficulty.

WATER TREATMENT

Oxygen is important for the treatment of fresh water. We supply the necessary technology in our diaphragm compressors. Reliable, flexible and designed for continuous duty.
